Ahmed AlKarkhi is an artist based in the Washington, D.C. area who earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2001. He has exhibited extensively across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, with multiple solo exhibitions at venues including Foundry Gallery, The Jerusalem Fund, Hill Center Galleries, the Middle East Institute, Sandy Spring Museum, and the Iraqi Embassy in Washington, D.C. His work has also been featured in exhibitions at Brookside Gardens, Harmony Hall Arts Center, the Prince George’s Arts and Humanities Council, and other regional galleries. AlKarkhi continues to present both solo and group exhibitions throughout the region.
