Kischenna L. Coley is a multifaceted Maryland-based artist, fashion designer, and educator based in Prince George’s County. She is the founder of KLC Couture and KLC Couture Career Development Center, Inc., a fashion design business and 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational organization located in the Shops at Iverson Mall, where she has been established since 2000. Through her work, she offers fashion design, jewelry, and product development services while maintaining a strong focus on teaching, career development, and empowering local creatives.

Specializing in fashion design, garment production, jewelry making, illustration and abstract fashion painting, millinery, pattern making, and fabric print design, Kischenna is deeply committed to arts education and community engagement. She provides sewing lessons and fashion manufacturing workshops, supports retail opportunities for emerging artists, and actively participates in the regional creative economy.
