As a multi-talented, Emmy and NAACP Image Awards winner with experience and expertise in all aspects of television and event productions management, planning and logistics, budgeting, directing, producing and writing, Donna Foster-Dotson brings a wealth of well-rounded knowledge to the Prince George’s County Film Office to assist with production requirements.     She has effectively managed multi-million dollar productions to remain on schedule and on budget to achieve the required production goals without compromising creativity.  Ms. Foster-Dotson consistently demonstrates thinking outside the box to solve production issues, adjusting to change effectively and with quick solutions.  Her extensive news experience enables her to consistently meet deadlines. Her versatility enables her to understand all aspects of production needs.   

Her show credits include: BET Walk of Fame, Bobby Jones Gospel Concert Series, Celebration of Gospel, Black Girls Rock, BET at the Super Bowl, Black College Football, BET Black Star Power Tour 2002, BET  Town Halls, BET Inauguration Special 2009, BET Awards Pre Show, Soul Train Awards Pre and Post Shows, BET Honors, BET Awards Top 10 Moments, Spring Bling, Lead Story, BET News, Democratic and Republican Convention Coverage, and WJLA Seven on Your Side. 

She is a graduate of Howard University with a degree in Journalism and Broadcast Production and member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.   As a native Prince Georgian, she is very familiar with Prince George’s County and all it has to offer for all production needs.  Ms. Foster-Dotson is an avid swimmer who loves the beach, fun in the sun, fishing, traveling, good music, and crabs.   When asked why she loves the arts she stated, “I love the Arts because it allows you an avenue to creatively express yourself through any visual media and to share those expressions with others.”
