The Prince George’s Arts and Humanities Council (PGAHC) proudly invites you to experience the 2026 Festival of Literary Arts, a lively celebration of storytelling, poetry, culture, and the written word, showcasing the diverse voices of our community.

PGAHC’s Festival of Literary Arts is an annual highlight focusing on poetry, storytelling, and literary expression, centered on community, culture, and creativity. Held during National Poetry Month, the festival promotes local literary talent, supports creative careers, and establishes Prince George’s County as a regional leader in literary arts and cultural innovation.

Join us for a memorable event featuring local and national authors, poets, spoken word artists, and educators. The festival will include:
