A Festival for the People: PGAHC Sponsors a Day of Local Pride in Largo
On Saturday, September 6, 2025, Largo, MD, buzzed with energy as residents gathered for the annual Downtown Largo Festival. PGAHC was proud to sponsor and support this lively celebration of culture, creativity, and local pride.
Hosted by the Largo Town Center Association, the event offered a full day of engaging experiences for all ages. From live music and cultural performances to family activities, local vendors, gardening demonstrations, and a farmers market β there was something for everyone to enjoy.
The festival's mission centered around environmental awareness, sustainability, and community connection, using creativity and interactive learning to engage residents and visitors alike. The result was a dynamic and welcoming space that celebrated both the local culture and the shared values of the Largo community.
PGAHC was excited to support this initiative by hosting a community paint activation with artist Luther Wright, along with large planters to be installed in Downtown Largo. This continues our dedication to creative placemaking that highlights local voices and turns public spaces into inspiring and connected environments.
Thank you to all the partners and residents who made the day such a success β and to the #LoveMyLargo community for showing up with heart and hometown pride.
