Prince George’s Arts and Humanities Council Launches New Website Designed with the Community in Mind
Largo, MD — May 12, 2025 — The Prince George’s Arts and Humanities Council (PGAHC) is proud to announce the official launch of its newly redesigned website — a dynamic and accessible digital space created to serve artists, creative partners, community members, and art lovers across the County.
Launching on Monday, May 12, the new pgahc.org has been thoughtfully designed to reflect the Council’s mission of fostering artistic expression, community engagement, and cultural equity. With a clean design and streamlined navigation, the new website offers an enhanced user experience and a robust set of tools for exploring, supporting, and participating in the arts.
“This website was built with the community at its heart,” said Rhonda Dallas, CEO and Chief Curator, Prince George’s Arts & Humanities Council. “Whether you're an artist looking for resources, a partner seeking collaboration, or a resident wanting to engage with local culture, the new site makes it easier than ever to connect with the creative life of Prince George’s County.”
Key Features of the New Website Include:
A centralized artist resource center
Up-to-date grant opportunities and calls for artists
A refreshed calendar of events and programs
Easy access to community initiatives and public art projects
Clear pathways for partners, educators, and supporters to engage
The redesign prioritizes clarity, connection, and community — making it a powerful tool to help build and sustain the vibrant arts ecosystem in Prince George’s County.
