33 Black Frogs: An American Story
🕛 12:00 PM | Black Box Theater
Produced, written, and directed by Prince George’s County filmmaker and FY24 PGAHC grantee Andre Ferguson, this powerful documentary chronicles the story of one of the first African Americans to overcome systemic racism and become a pioneering Navy UDT frogman during the Jim Crow era. His story stands as a moving testament to resilience, courage, and the early legacy of the Navy SEALs.
This event is free and open to all ages. We invite you to join us as we celebrate the people, stories, and cultural legacy that continue to shape Prince George’s County and the nation.
